Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or equivalent required.
• 2+ years IT support, systems admin, or related experience.
• Experience with Windows OS, AD, hardware, networking; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems and apps.
• Perform upgrades, patches, and updates; support AD and access management.
• Maintain system security, documentation, and incident notes.
• Support EMR systems and hospital applications; travel to off-site clinics as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation approximately one week per month.
