Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise UNIX/Linux environments.
• Experience with system administration, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and infrastructure support.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise UNIX/Linux systems.
• Monitor system performance, security, and availability.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and infrastructure solutions.
• Support system upgrades, disaster recovery planning, and capacity management.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, and customers to resolve complex issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in a 24/5 on-call rotation.
