Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of two years in IT support or systems administration.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Active Directory, Windows OS, and networking concepts.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, applications, and networks.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and applications.
• Perform system upgrades and patches as needed.
• Support Active Directory and access management tasks.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues across devices and applications.
• Assist with EMR/HIS and hospital applications as assigned.
• Maintain system documentation and incident records.
• Provide user training and guidance across varying skill levels.
• Travel to off-site clinics to install and support equipment.
• Respond to urgent outages and participate in on-call rotation.
