This role emphasizes customer service, ticket management, and operational reporting while assisting with EHR and software systems to meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate is technically knowledgeable, highly organized, and communicates solutions clearly to users with varying levels of technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and a minimum of five (5) years of related experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT tickets support and timely communication on requests.
• Support day-to-day operational and technical activities for ~300 users.
• Assist with EHR systems, software applications, and user needs.
