Job summary

Hamilton Health Center is seeking a System Analyst I to support day-to-day IT operations for ~300 users, including EHR system optimization and reporting. The role emphasizes customer service, HIPAA compliance, and close collaboration with clinicians and leadership.

The ideal candidate will have IT support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and an Associate degree with at least 5 years of related work. Travel across service locations may be required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Work IT tickets as assigned while providing world-class customer support and timely communication regarding open requests.
• Monitor and support day-to-day operational and technical support activities for approximately 300 users.
• Provide technical support related to EHR systems, software applications, and user operational needs.
• Partner with IT leadership to provide transparency regarding departmental operations and value initiatives.
• Assist leadership with reporting functions across departmental and organizational needs.
• Conduct audits, support compliance reporting activities, and assist with operational tracking initiatives.
• Participate in meetings, workflow discussions, and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to operational support and IT activities.
• Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership, clinicians, operational staff, and vendors to support technology needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
