Job summary

Hamilton Health Center is seeking an IT System Analyst I to support the day-to-day IT operations for approximately 300 users in Harrisburg, PA. The role emphasizes customer service, ticket management, and optimization of EHR and healthcare software systems.

Ideal candidates will have an associate degree in IT or related field and at least five years of relevant experience, with strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to assist clinicians, staff, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of related experience performing similar technical work may be considered.
• Experience with EHR systems and healthcare software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle IT tickets and provide world-class user support and timely updates on requests.
• Support day-to-day operational and technical activities for ~300 users.
• Assist with EHR systems, software applications, and user operational needs.
• Partner with IT leadership to provide transparency on departmental operations.
• Assist with departmental and organizational reporting functions.
• Conduct audits and support compliance reporting activities.
• Participate in meetings, workflow discussions, and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT activities and support.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all tasks.
• Collaborate with leadership, clinicians, staff, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties to support department operations.
