University Health is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst to join our IT department. The role provides technical guidance for the implementation and operation of complex systems across financial, clinical, and administrative domains.

It requires strong programming, system analysis, data management, and experience with ERP and reporting tools. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance with healthcare information systems

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum six years of programming and system analysis experience.
Experience with ERP systems (PeopleSoft/Premier/UKG Dimensions) and data reporting tools like Tableau/SQL.

Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance for design, development, and maintenance of complex systems across departments.
Organize and execute advanced programming and system analysis tasks on schedule.
Collaborate to identify system requirements and optimize processes for efficiency.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables within scope and budget.
Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and activities.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and security hardening of systems.
