We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our dynamic IT department at University Health. In this role, you will provide technical expertise, project management, and strategic guidance for the implementation and operation of complex computer systems used across financial, clinical, and administrative domains. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in system analysis, programming, and data management, with the ability to organize and execute major system tasks efficiently and in compliance with organizational policies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the technological advancement of a renowned healthcare organization, supporting critical systems that impact patient care and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, data processing, mathematics, clinical informatics, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. A minimum of six years of programming and system analysis experience is required, demonstrating proficiency in at least one computer system language and data management methodologies across various platforms used at University Health. Candidates should have experience with applications such as ERP systems (preferably PeopleSoft, Premier, UKG Dimensions), document management systems like Hyland Onbase, API integrations, and report writing tools including Tableau and SQL. Knowledge of SharePoint, Adobe products, MS Office, and network protocols such as TCP/IP and FTP/SFTP is also preferred. Familiarity with languages and development environments such as ASP/Web development, Business Objects, Visual Basic, SQL, C++, and PeopleSoft development is highly desirable. Additionally, experience working with databases like Microsoft SQL, Oracle, or Cache, and operating systems including Windows, UNIX, and Cache, will be considered advantageous.
