Job summary

Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital, a UHS facility in Oklahoma City, seeks an IT Support Technician to deliver data processing services and basic system maintenance across locations. You will set up new machines, troubleshoot issues, and enforce security procedures in collaboration with CFO/Corp IT.

The role interacts with staff from multiple departments and IT vendors, with a focus on reliable, secure technology operations in a behavioral health environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in applicable field or equivalent experience required.
• Two years related IT experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Working knowledge of Windows and MS Office; networking devices (Cisco).
• Experience with remote desktop tools and VPN connectivity.
• Must be at least 21 years old; drug test and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide data processing services and basic computer system maintenance.
• Set up new computers and prepare decommissioned units for removal.
• Troubleshoot computer systems and ensure security procedures are followed.
• Interact with diverse staff and IT vendors; collaborate with CFO/Corp IT.
