Job summary

Client Secure IT Partners is seeking a motivated IT technician to provide first‑level technical support to end users in the Columbus, Starkville, Meridian, and Tuscaloosa area. You will troubleshoot a wide range of issues, document resolutions, and escalate when necessary, all while delivering strong customer service.

The role requires 1–3 years in technical support, familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office, and the ability to travel onsite to client sites.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in a technical support role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and ability to explain technical information to non-technical users.
Professional verbal and written communication; ability to document issues and resolutions.

Responsibilities

Provide first-tier technical assistance for computer systems, software, hardware, and configurations.
