Golden Plains Community Hospital is seeking an IT Support Tech for a full-time, on-site role in Borger, Texas. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with on-call obligations and no relocation assistance provided.

Responsibilities include hardware/software support, network support, printer/copier support, and setup of new equipment. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in computer technology or equivalent experience and be capable of diagnosing

• Ability to diagnose/troubleshoot/resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hardware and software support at the location and remote sites.
• Support network infrastructure and connectivity for medical equipment.
• Assist with printer/copier support and maintenance.
• Set up and install new equipment, hardware, and software.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues with medical devices to minimize downtime.
