Job summary

Priority Management Group LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking an IT Support/Helpdesk specialist to assist staff across multiple facilities. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, provide phone-based and on-site support, and help with onboarding and account setup.

Working with the Telecom team, you’ll ensure reliable connectivity, document resolutions in the helpdesk system, and escalate complex problems to senior staff or vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT support/helpdesk role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming support calls and tickets from staff across facilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide phone-based and remote support to users.
• Collaborate with Telecom team to manage connectivity services.
• Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
• Assist with onboarding of new staff and setting up user accounts, email, devices.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors when necessary.
