Job summary

Campbell County Health in Gillette, WY is hiring an IT Support Specialist to provide frontline technical assistance to end users on-site. You will install hardware and software, troubleshoot devices and networks, and support virtual desktop environments to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires strong customer service, documentation, and collaboration with IT colleagues. Eligible candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and a technical degree or certificate is preferred; on-site

Qualifications

Experience with desktop operating systems including Windows 10/11.
Experience supporting Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VMware Horizon).
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
Knowledge of Entra ID and Intune for endpoint management is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for on-site and remote technical support requests.
Maintain the help desk tracking system and document issues and resolutions.
Install and configure hardware, software, networks, printers, and end-user equipment.
Troubleshoot network outages and assist with account creation and access issues.
Collaborate with network and systems teams and assist with vendor communications as needed.
Help improve security, data integrity, and streamline workflows.
