Job summary

Baptist Health Corbin is seeking an IS Support Services Specialist Intermediate to join our IT team. You will deliver frontline and second-line support to end users across the hospital, clinics, and related facilities, resolving hardware, software, and limited clinical application issues.

The role requires analyzing user needs, documenting solutions, and updating processes as needed, while coordinating with IT infrastructure and application teams to maintain system availability and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree two years job- related experience, or one-year direct experience in lieu of degree.
• Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provides responsive first- and second-tier IT support to end users across hospital sites.
• Analyzes user needs, documents solutions, and develops procedures as necessary.
• Coordinates with IT teams to deploy and support healthcare applications for uptime.
• May assist in defining project scope and objectives for IT initiatives.
