Job summary

Kittitas Valley Healthcare (KVH) is seeking a Technology Support Specialist I to deliver timely support for computers, peripherals, and software in a healthcare setting. You will document requests in the Helpdesk, collect essential information, escalate to Tier 2 when needed, and manage user accounts and security configurations.

Requires an Associate Degree in Information Systems or related field and 2 years of technology customer support experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Information Systems or related field
• 2 years’ experience in technology customer support (may be considered in lieu of formal education)

Responsibilities

• Provides timely and knowledgeable customer support for computers, peripherals and software applications.
• Documents service requests in Helpdesk and gathers information for Tier 2 escalation.
• Creates and administers user accounts including rights, security and group membership, and user profiles.
• Configures and deploys computers and peripherals and PC-based software.
