You will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams, manage incidents and service requests, and continuously improve IT support processes to meet regulatory and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 5+ years in IT support or service management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Healthcare industry experience and HIPAA knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT support team to deliver timely technical assistance to internal stakeholders.
• Develop and implement IT support procedures and workflows tailored to health operations and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to understand technology needs and provide appropriate support solutions.
• Manage incident tracking, problem resolution, and service request fulfillment to minimize downtime.
• Monitor KPIs related to IT support services and drive continuous improvement; ensure HIPAA compliance.
