You will collaborate with product, clinical stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.

The role emphasizes adopting best practices, mentoring engineers, and driving continuous improvement to enhance health outcomes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of software development experience.
• At least 3 years managing software engineering teams in a regulated industry, preferably healthcare.
• Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and secure software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver scalable, maintainable software solutions.
• Collaborate with product management, clinical stakeholders, and other departments to define requirements and timelines.
• Oversee the software development lifecycle from design to deployment and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and data security standards.
• Promote best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Manage resources, priorities, and risks to meet delivery deadlines.
