Job summary

Community Memorial Health System is seeking a healthcare IT support professional to interface with computer and telecommunications customers, providing capabilities, training, and technical support to enable end-user computing.

Required: High School Diploma or GED, 2 years of customer service, proficiency with Microsoft technologies and troubleshooting, network troubleshooting, and basic understanding of Active Directory, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS. Healthcare experience and certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
Two (2) years customer service in related role.
Proficient with Microsoft technologies and ability to troubleshoot.
Proficient with Network technologies and ability to troubleshoot.
Basic understanding of Active Directory.
Working knowledge of Windows systems monitoring and troubleshooting.
Understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS.
Preferred certifications (A+, Network+, MCP, MTA) and EHR software support experience.

Responsibilities

Under general supervision, interfaces with computer and telecommunications system customers and provides capabilities, training, support services, technical support, and knowledge to facilitate customer (end-user) computing.
