Responsibilities

• Provide Level I technical support to clinical and line of business end users.
• Installs and configures end-user IT devices (desktops, laptops, tablets) for use throughout the hospital and clinics.
• Deploys software to workstations and laptops using manual processes and automated tools.
• Maintains accurate inventory of hospital IT assets and equipment.
• Assists with regular preventive maintenance on equipment throughout the hospital and clinics.
• Assists with troubleshooting and repairing end-user systems, including hardware and software issues.
• Escalates problems to senior staff in a timely manner.
• Maintains service levels consistent with defined Service Level Agreements.

Job Description Summary

The Technical Support Analyst Intern supports and maintains desktop computer systems and peripherals throughout Southeast Health and multiple outlying clinics and departments. They perform the installation and life-cycle management of desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals, and other IT end‑user devices in accordance with approved Policy and Procedure.

Job Description QUALIFICATIONS
