Qualifications
- 12+ years in healthcare implementation, professional services, or project management.
- Experience leading customer-facing professional services and teams.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of informatics projects and instrument installations.
- Experience delivering complex healthcare technology projects in regulated environments.
- Strong financial stewardship of a professional services portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project delivery and professional services for informatics projects and instrument installations.
- Provide governance, readiness, schedules, milestones, capacity, and risk management across the portfolio.
- Establish scalable delivery methodologies and performance objectives; coach and develop teams.
