Propelus seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our healthcare IT team. You will be embedded in post-sales delivery, solving complex customer needs end to end, bridging customer requirements with product and engineering teams.

You will lead technical sessions, translate regulations into scalable workflows, and document designs for reuse. Strong communication and a builder mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role.
• 4-5 years navigating Azure, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Notion and Jira.
• Proficiency in C# and scripting for small features.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead regular technical working sessions with customers to address evolving needs.
• Configure, script, and build solutions in the Immuware platform.
• Translate complex health requirements into usable workflows.
• Challenge requests that do not meet the customer’s goals to optimize solutions.
• Document designs in Notion and update Jira with clear bug reports and feature requests.
