Job summary

Propelus is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) for Immuware to own the technical resolution of complex customer problems end-to-end.

You will work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to translate requirements into scalable solutions within the Immuware platform, delivering measurable customer outcomes.

The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, scripting, and code where needed, with a focus on reusable templates and knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role
• 4-5 years navigating Azure, JavaScript, and TypeScript with SQL
• 2-3+ years operating in Notion and Jira
• Proficiency in C#, and comfort reading a codebase
• Drive and ownership with enterprise customers
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Structured problem-solving: root-cause and scope for large clients
• Comfort working without a playbook
• Written reporting experience

Responsibilities

• Lead regular technical working sessions with customers
• Configure, script, and write code to solve customer needs
• Translate complex requirements into Immuware solutions
• Document solution designs in Notion and update Jira
• Generalize fixes into reusable templates and playbooks
• Triage new module or ARR/LOW requests and coordinate with CSMs
• Partner with product and engineering on fixes
• Educate customers beyond platform navigation
• Own technical resolution from understanding to landing the fix
