Propelus, a remote-first healthcare-compliance company, seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to embed with Immuware customers in the US. You’ll translate complex health‑care requirements into working SaaS solutions, lead technical sessions, and deliver polished outcomes on client calls with nurses, managers, and IT staff.

As a technical partner rather than an account manager, you will document designs in Notion, track work in Jira, and turn one‑off fixes into reusable templates, while

Qualifications

5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (solutions engineer, implementation consultant, or similar).
4–5 years navigating Azure, JavaScript, and TypeScript with strong SQL background.
2–3+ years operating in Notion and Jira; able to document and track work.

Responsibilities

Lead regular technical sessions with customers to address evolving needs.
Identify, configure, script, and code to solve customer needs within Immuware.
Translate healthcare requirements into workable SaaS solutions.
Question requests and choose simplest, effective solutions.
Document designs in Notion and update Jira with clear reports.
Generalize fixes into reusable templates and templates for future use.
