Job summary

Ashton North LLC is seeking a Revenue Cycle & Financial Systems Manager to lead IT projects within the healthcare revenue cycle domain. The role combines information systems leadership with hands-on management of finance/ops systems and the Epic ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have hospital IT experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years project management experience.
• Experience with MS Project and Office products.
• Five years of information systems experience including healthcare revenue cycle/operational systems.
• Strong leadership, PM, and communication skills.
• Experience with system selection, acquisition, implementation projects.
• Experience with process redesign and re-engineering methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects across the system life cycle.
• Supervise daily operations of non-clinical system teams (billing, registration, scheduling).
• Plan and prioritize team activities and monitor performance.
• Ensure integration of system configuration and design.
• Prepare weekly status reports for the Project Director.
• Apply Epic experience to team tasks and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients and project managers for seamless service delivery.
• Maintain current knowledge of information systems and technologies.
