Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Information Systems or Computer Science required.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or Health Administration preferred.
• Current Mississippi licensure and Epic certifications required (or within 90 days).
• Minimum five years in information systems in integrated healthcare settings; leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Revenue Cycle across departments or work units.
• Ensure compliance with patient care standards and accrediting agencies.
• Manage analysis, data models, reporting, and applications with IT liaison.
• Mentor and coordinate Leads and Analysts; collaborate with senior leadership.
