Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. in Gratiot, OH seeks a Revenue Cycle & Financial Systems Manager / IT / Healthcare to lead complex IT projects across revenue cycle and financial/operational systems.

You will guide cross-functional teams through the full system life cycle, from requirements to go-live, ensuring high-quality deliverables. The role requires a bachelor’s in IS or related field, 4+ years PM experience, and experience with Epic, system acquisitions, and process redesign.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.
• Five years of information systems experience with 3+ years in healthcare revenue cycle and enterprise systems.
• Strong personnel and project management skills.
• Excellent oral/written communication and customer service.
• Experience with system selection, acquisition, implementation.
• Experience with process redesign and re-engineering methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manages revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects through lifecycle.
• Supervises daily operations of registration, scheduling, HIM, billing teams.
• Plans work schedules, monitors performance, resolves issues.
• Coordinates team activities and ensures system integration.
• Develops weekly status reports for the Project Director.
• Leads Epic-related tasks on deliverables.
• Ensures high quality deliverables and risk management.
