Responsibilities include managing service desk, 24/7 coverage, vendor relationships, and project leadership for system upgrades and continuity planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or equivalent.
• 5+ years IT experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on AD, Group Policy, Windows Server administration.
• Experience in healthcare/clinical settings with uptime focus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor IT staff for 24/7 healthcare ops.
• Oversee service desk, escalations, and clinical urgency tickets.
• Administer AD, GPO, DNS/DHCP, and identity management.
• Ensure high availability of EHR/EMR, PACS, and clinical apps.
• Lead security, backups, DR/BC planning, and audits.
