Job summary

OMS Medical Billing in Addison, TX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee software implementation and integration for its anesthesia management organization. You will align stakeholder goals with project plans, manage vendor relationships, and ensure HIPAA compliance across initiatives.

The role requires 4+ years in project management (PM/Scrum Master/Product Owner), a Bachelor’s degree, and preferably PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of project management experience, scrum master experience, or product owner.
• Experience, preferably in healthcare.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Understand HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional and vendor communications.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Align business goals and vision with stakeholders and develop plans and milestones.
• Provide support during software discovery phases and understand vendor timelines and requirements.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and data security across projects.
• Coordinate with software vendors and internal teams to meet milestones.
• Oversee integrations between medical software and business systems to ensure data flows correctly.
• Develop and implement launch plans and training for clinicians or staff.
