Job summary

Hill Physicians Medical Group is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead healthcare IT projects, overseeing integration of technology solutions to improve patient care, data management and operations. You will partner with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and within scope.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in project leadership, PMP or PMI-ACP, and healthcare IT experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years of experience in project leadership, including management of complex projects.
Healthcare IT and technology services experience required.
Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making and negotiation abilities.
Ability to adapt to organizational change.

Responsibilities

Manages projects that are complex in scope, risk, and/or organizational span.
Leadership: Provides feedback and participates in the continuous improvement of the project management process.
Champion of organizational learning and drives the group's ability to improve (e.g. Centre of Excellence participation, improving best practices, network facilitation, and as instructor, reviewer and mentor).
Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate teamwork.
Foster high degree of collaboration and motivation of team to achieve project objectives.
Demonstrated organizational savvy and leadership presence.
