Job summary

American Vision Partners (AVP) is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex business, operational, technology, and integration initiatives across the organization. You will bridge Applications, IT, and business leadership to drive projects that improve efficiency and support growth.

In this role you will manage governance, change management, and stakeholder alignment, while ensuring on-time delivery, clear documentation, and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business/healthcare administration.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• ADKAR training preferred.
• Experience presenting to an executive leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects from intake through implementation and closeout.
• Act as liaison between Applications/IT and department leaders.
• Collaborate with due diligence and integration teams on acquisitions.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize needs.
• Develop and maintain standardized project execution processes and documentation.
