Job summary

American Vision Partners is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex business, operational, technology, and integration initiatives across the organization. The PM serves as a strategic bridge between Applications, IT, and business leadership to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned to objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Healthcare project management experience preferred
• PMP certification preferred
• ADKAR training preferred
• Experience presenting to executive leadership
• IT experience with software development, system implementations, or integrations
• Strong communication and detail-orientation

Responsibilities

• Serve as the PM lead for strategic projects and technology initiatives from intake to closeout, aligning with priorities.
• Act as liaison between Applications/IT and departmental leaders to ensure value delivery.
• Collaborate with Diligence & Integration for acquisition integrations.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects prioritizing competing needs.
• Develop standardized processes and documentation for project execution.
• Maintain EPMO governance, templates, and tools to improve delivery.
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, and executive summaries.
• Track issues, risks, and dependencies and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for implementations and migrations.
• Monitor budgets with FP&A and track integration costs and synergies.
• Ensure effective organizational readiness through training and change management.
• Represent project status to executives and stakeholders
