Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment is seeking an accomplished healthcare executive to lead the Healthcare Project Management practice as Vice President. You will oversee multimillion-dollar capital programs for major health systems across the United States, shaping strategy and client relationships.

In this role, you will direct a team of Directors and Program Managers, ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery, and drive growth through performance optimization and strong governance across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within healthcare construction or owner's representation.
• Experience delivering multimillion-dollar healthcare capital programs across multiple geographic locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across healthcare capital programs and regional project portfolios.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to support operational excellence, client satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
• Serve as the executive liaison to C-suite healthcare executives, boards, and senior stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Directors, Senior PMs, and project staff.
• Oversee delivery of projects from strategic planning through activation and occupancy, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Drive financial performance including forecasting, profitability, resource planning, and risk management.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and support new business development.
• Partner with leadership to develop long-term growth strategies and strengthen the firm's healthcare position.
• Support major pursuits, interviews, presentations, and contract negotiations nationwide.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide executive reporting to clients and leadership.
• Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and exceptional service.
