Job summary

You will partner with project managers, workstream leads, and external partners to keep activities organized and on schedule, handling timesheets, invoices, meeting minutes, documentation, and status reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project coordinator or PMO support role
• Experience supporting large technology ERP or enterprise implementations; Workday preferred
• Strong organization, documentation, scheduling, and coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities, milestones, and deliverables with project managers and workstream leads
• Maintain schedules, task lists, action items, and follow-up across workstreams
• Prepare agendas, capture minutes, and track actions and decisions
• Support status reporting, readiness activities, and project communications
• Track contractor timesheets and vendor invoices; assist with financial documentation
• Maintain project documents, version control, and governance artifacts
• Identify risks and escalate overdue items; participate in planning and testing activities
