Job summary

Healthcare IT Leaders, LLC is seeking a Workday HCM Functional SME for a full-time opportunity. You will provide functional HCM support focused on Core HCM, Benefits, Onboarding, Learning, and Recruiting, and serve as a Workday HCM SME for client engagements.

You will take on additional Workday modules and projects as business needs arise and pursue more certifications with HITL’s support to advance client work.

Qualifications

• Workday implementor certifications required.
• Core HCM certification required.
• Certification or hands-on experience in Benefits, Onboarding, Learning, or Recruiting.

• Pursue additional Workday certifications as needed to support client work

Requirements:

• Workday implementor certifications (client-side certifications do not qualify)
• Core HCM certification
• Certification or hands-on experience in at least some of Benefits, Onboarding, Learning, and Recruiting (all four are not required)
• Willingness to earn additional Workday certifications at HITL’s expense
