Hospital for Special Surgery is seeking an Integration Specialist to implement and maintain Workday ERP integrations under the guidance of the Assistant Director - Corporate Systems. The role requires deep knowledge of ERP integrations, Workday technologies, and modern integration tools, with a strong emphasis on data quality and risk management.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Workday Integrations, ERP Integrations, and Healthcare IT, plus a Workday Integrations Partner Certification.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Workday Integrations experience.
- 5+ years of ERP Integrations experience.
- 5+ years’ Healthcare IT experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Existing and up to date Workday Integrations Partner Certification.
- Workday Extend Experience
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of integrations from point-to-point systems and holistic interchanges for reliable data exchanges.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly and align with stakeholders across the organization.
- Prepare and present technical concepts to teams and leadership with minimal oversight.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive changes for customers and teams.
- Review and test each Workday release and integration enhancements for quality and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate with vendors and on-site teams during go-lives and upgrades.
