Job summary

Altus Community Healthcare seeks a Senior Manager of IT to lead the IT function across its clinic portfolio, owning infrastructure, reliability, cybersecurity readiness, vendor performance, and scalable processes. This senior leader directs incident response, prioritizes triage, and mentors a multi-site IT team to ensure uptime, security, and efficient technology support.

The role shapes roadmap, budget, and HIPAA-aligned practices for current operations and growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of IT experience with 3–4 years in IT leadership.
Experience supporting multi-site healthcare environments preferred.
Experience with EHR/EMR or practice management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead IT support for multi-site clinic locations; manage on-call expectations and escalation paths.
Own IT strategy, roadmap, infrastructure priorities, and budget planning for the clinic portfolio.
Serve as final escalation point for complex network and system issues; triage and direct resolution.
Configure and manage core systems and security controls; oversee licenses and access policies.
Manage IT vendors, contracts, renewals, and asset lifecycle.
Ensure HIPAA-aligned security, backup, disaster recovery, and documentation.
