Mountain View Hospital in Idaho Falls is seeking an Information Technology Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of information systems, networks, and related applications, with direct supervision of IT staff. This role reports to the VP of Hospital Services and focuses on reliability, security, and user support.

You will lead projects, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with vendors, and drive improvements in data center and help desk operations to support patient

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Networking Technologies related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years in IT management and support of healthcare information systems.
• 5+ years working knowledge of client, network, server, virtualization, database, data storage, telco and line of business systems.
• 5+ years leading and managing IT projects.
• 5+ Years with IT services performance metrics and benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of information services and technology organization including help desk, data center operations, network and telecommunications, and end-user devices.
• Directly supervise Information Technology staff and support teams.
• Oversee network and data center operations including regulatory compliance, disaster planning, data integrity, and system backups.
• Collaborate with management on project requirements, evaluate hardware and software alternatives, and recommend solutions.
• Develop and justify annual IT budgets and strive for cost effectiveness.
