Job summary

Mon Health Information Technology Manager role oversees day-to-day operations of IT applications, network infrastructure, training, workflow and support teams. Leads strategic and tactical planning, coordinating with the Director of IS Infrastructure and vendor managers for network issues.

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years in the field, including at least 4 years in healthcare, with strong leadership, budgeting, and project management skills in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in related field.
• Experience: 6+ years in the area of specialization; minimum 4 years in healthcare.
• Healthcare IT leadership and management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the management team to meet project goals and staff development.
• Reviews personnel matters including interviews, hires and training of new employees.
• Maintains monthly staff meetings and ensures adequate dialogue with direct reports.

Education

Bachelor's Degree (Required) Experience: 6 or more years of experience in area of specialization or related profession with at least 4 years in healthcare.
