Fremont Hospital is seeking an IT Manager to lead information systems, LAN, servers, and hospital workstations, collaborating with department managers to implement systems that improve operational efficiency and patient care while ensuring regulatory compliance. The IT Manager will manage the IT department, maintain security and policy documentation, support leadership initiatives, and mentor staff.

A Bachelor’s in CS and 5+ years of experience with at least 1 year in supervision are required,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent required.
• At least five years of related experience.
• At least one year in a supervisory role preferred.
• Certification in IT preferred.
• Familiarity with hospital operations within two weeks of hire.
• Able to speak fluently in front of audiences.
• Able to understand and maintain policy, procedures, and documentation.
• Completion of Fremont Hospital’s CPI training within 90 days of employment.
