This role supports clinical and administrative operations with a focus on reliability and security.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Information Systems or CS and 5+ years in IT management in healthcare; certifications like CISM/CISSP/PMP are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of IT management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or PMP are highly desirable.
• Proficient in healthcare IT systems (EMR, HIS), networking, data security, and virtualization.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance and operation of hospital information systems (EMR, HIS) and key healthcare applications.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals across system administration and security.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and data protection across systems.
• Manage IT projects, upgrades, and integration of new systems for clinical/admin needs.
• Coordinate with vendors for seamless implementation and support.
• Provide end-user support and training across hospital departments.
• Develop IT budget and manage staffing resources.
• Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure operational continuity.
• Identify and implement emerging technologies to improve efficiency and patient care.
