Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required or Four (4) plus years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in closely related field with Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-4 years of previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversees daily IT operations, including hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring functionality, reliability, and compliance with hospital and corporate policies.
• Leads the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of information systems and applications that support clinical, financial, and administrative functions.
• Coordinates system upgrades, migrations, and installations, ensuring minimal disruption to hospital operations.
• Ensures proper data security practices, including network access control, cybersecurity protocols, and compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
• Collaborates with hospital leadership, department managers, and vendors to identify technology needs and deliver cost-effective solutions that align with organizational goals.
