Job summary
Saint Anthony Hospital is seeking an I.T. Infrastructure and Systems Manager-Healthcare to lead the operational and technical functions of the IT infrastructure.
This role reports to the Director of IT Infrastructure and Networks and oversees servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable services for clinical operations and business systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive IT infrastructure experience in a healthcare or similarly complex environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing technical teams.
- Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure operations, systems administration, cloud services, and technology modernization initiatives.
- Experience supporting 24x7 mission-critical technology environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the lifecycle management of all infrastructure technologies from planning and acquisition through deployment, optimization, maintenance, refresh, and retirement.
- Develop technology roadmaps for infrastructure platforms and enterprise services.
- Ensure infrastructure environments remain secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Establish standards, policies, and procedures governing infrastructure technologies.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, architecture diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
