Job summary

Revel Staffing is seeking an IT Manager to lead day-to-day IT operations, support services, and systems maintenance within a healthcare environment. You will drive end-user support, documentation, and vendor coordination while advancing automation and AI-enabled workflows.

The ideal candidate has strong technical troubleshooting, leadership ability, and practical healthcare technology experience, with on-site work at our Nashville location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support, systems administration, or related technical experience.
• Experience managing help desk or technical support environments.
• Knowledge of networking, systems administration, endpoint support, and troubleshooting.
• Experience using AI tools for IT troubleshooting, ticket routing, documentation, or workflow automation.
• Ability to automate repetitive IT support processes.
• Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site healthcare environment.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• HIPAA training/certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations and help desk support.
• Maintain systems, documentation, and logs; support users across departments.
• Improve service delivery through automation and AI-enabled tools.
• Coordinate with vendors for system updates and services.
• Track IT performance metrics, service levels, and recurring issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and healthcare privacy compliance.
• Perform additional IT-related duties as assigned.
• Support AI-powered help desk, ticket routing, and diagnostics.
