Job summary

Stanford Health Care seeks a Technical Solutions Specialist to provide onsite end-user support in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will troubleshoot Windows and Mac systems, manage mobile devices, and deploy desktop and mobile configurations with MDM tools.

You will coordinate with the service desk and desktop engineering teams, handle routine maintenance, and assist with AI-driven task automation. Driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
• Experience with desktop hardware, peripherals and mobile devices.
• Healthcare IT environment experience preferred.
• Valid US driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide end user device support during field visits or dispatches.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS and mobile devices; hardware and software.
• Install, configure and maintain desktop OS, apps, and MDM solutions.
• Respond to and resolve help desk tickets promptly.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues; provide end-user training.
