GoHealth is seeking an IT Field Technician to deliver exceptional customer service while implementing and supporting multiple Urgent Care locations within the assigned market. The role includes hardware/software troubleshooting, network operations, and testing/turn-up through first day support.

Travel within the Hermitage PA area is required, with occasional work outside normal hours. The candidate should have 2+ years IT Field Service experience, strong customer service skills, and familiarity

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years IT Field Service Technician experience.
• 2+ years Customer Service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site and remote IT support at Urgent Care locations.
• Install, test, and turn up hardware and software.
• Participate in site visits, vendor meetings, and project deployments.
