Job summary

PACS Group, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to support, maintain, and enhance healthcare IT across skilled nursing and senior living facilities. You will work with clinical teams to ensure reliable technology operations, secure access to health information, and effective end‑user support. Travel to facilities is required.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, EHR systems, and optimization of system performance to improve patient care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of field‑based IT support or infrastructure experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
• Active Directory and file share administration.
• Desktop and end‑user support with Windows 11 and Office/SharePoint.
• Experience with Apple iOS/macOS and ChromeOS deployment/troubleshooting.
• Experience with PSA and/or RMM tools and printer hardware/software.
• Knowledge of telecommunications (POTS, VoIP, fax, eFax, ATA) and networking.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve enterprise technology infrastructure and EHR systems across facilities.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to deliver tech solutions.
• Maintain secure, compliant technology environments and HIPAA/SOC adherence.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and cloud issues; provide end‑user support.
• Travel to facilities for onsite support, assessments, and deployments.
