Job summary

Philips is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for the New England region. You will provide first-line PACS technical support, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain system stability in mission-critical healthcare environments.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of technical support experience or a bachelor's degree. Knowledge of Philips Vue PACS is a plus, with strong customer service and documentation skills expected in a highly regulated setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in technical support or related field, or bachelor’s degree with no experience required.
• Experience with PACS, imaging informatics, or Philips Vue PACS preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and documentation skills.
• Background in engineering, medical, science or related field acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line PACS technical support and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Receive and manage service requests across channels, document resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and communicate solutions clearly to customers.
• Participate in ongoing training and knowledge development.
