Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in handling IT incidents and service requests.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Experience with desktop/laptop/printer troubleshooting and video conferencing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite deskside support and IT incident resolution.
• Document actions in ServiceNow and escalate as required.
• Assist in rollout and deployment of IT equipment (PCs, phones, iPads).
• Maintain asset and knowledge bases, and report SLAs adherence.
