Job summary

P3 Health Partners is seeking an experienced health care administration leader to guide and coach a team responsible for core system configuration, including EDI transactions, provider data, and CMS reporting. You will drive performance metrics, mentor staff, and collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain accurate, compliant configurations.

The role requires strong knowledge of CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10/DRG/APC coding and CMS guidelines, plus experience managing multiple direct reports

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of local, state and federal rules on medical benefits adjudication.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and manage time effectively.
• Proficient with CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, DRG and CMS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team performing system configuration and daily operations.
• Coordinate and supervise staff to meet performance goals and ensure task completion.
• Respond to configuration escalations and document status to stakeholders.
• Provide strategic leadership for future-state configuration vision.
