Qualifications

• Hospitality of strong analytical skills and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
• Must have HealthRules Payer experience and healthcare background
• Proven problem-solving abilities to identify root cause and drive process improvements
• Experience collaborating across IT, business teams and management to implement solutions

Responsibilities

• Analyze feasibility and develop concepts for new business or product features
• Develop requirements and functional specs to meet business needs
• Collaborate with Operations teams to optimize Health Rules and Front Office System workflows
• Resolve tickets and drive process improvements across departments
• Support global data analysis and system releases impacting downstream processes
